There is no such thing. Every shop charges a different labor rate, some charge strictly flat rate. Parts prices differ from location to location and from manufacturer to manufacturer.
The best you can do is to go to the library and check if they have a “Flat-Rate” manual. These books have a general ESTIMATE of time necessary for any given repair. There are SOME repairs that are not listed, and are referred to as “Time & Material” (T & M) repairs.
